This program starts with a broad look at all the functional areas of Dreyer's that will be vital to your success as a leader in sales. Your goal is to learn what it really takes to thrive in a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) Sales environment.
Your training will start with a thorough orientation of the Company and the many functional areas that are required to be an effective sales leader at Dreyer's. Here, you will learn by doing. The first year of the Sales Leadership Development Program will focus your learning to best prepare you for future sales leadership roles, including: building a base understanding of our go-to-market structure; market development of our products as we "Own the Streets"; and getting you ready to lead your first team. By giving you a wide range of assignments and responsibilities, executed in real-time sales situations, the program will provide the broad-based knowledge on which great sales careers are built.
