The Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Foundation is no longer accepting proposals from new organizations for the 2010. The Foundation will be discontinuing the Large Grants Program at the end of 2010. The Dreyer's Foundation has been actively engaged in the Oakland/East Bay community for more than 50 years and our commitment to this area continues. Our Small Grants Program will continue to offer cash, product and gift certificate donations of under $1,000 to qualified non-profit groups (please see the Small Grants guidelines). The Dreyer's Foundation will also continue its work supporting K-12 education through an Adopt-a-School volunteer program sponsored by Nestlé USA, our parent company. We are pleased to have been able to support a wide range of organizations dedicated to building and inspiring stronger education bridges for the young people in our community.
